Supreme Court won't take on GM's racketeering case against Stellantis

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear General Motors' dismissed racketeering case against Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (now known as Stellantis). This marks the end of a federal lawsuit filed in November 2019 that alleged corruption in the contract bargaining process. GM had sought Supreme Court review after the lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice at the U.S. District Court level.
