Michigan residents plan to travel in large numbers for Memorial Day weekend, with over 1.2 million people expected to travel at least 50 miles. Travel numbers are nearly back to pre-pandemic levels, and lakes within the state are a popular destination with 40% of survey respondents marking it as a top choice for summer travel.
