Bedrock To Open Restored Historic Book Tower This Spring

On Monday, Bedrock announced that it will initiate the pre-leasing of residential units at Book Tower in April, as the project's spring opening approaches. The multimillion-dollar, seven-year historic restoration project is nearing completion, according to the firm's statement. The project involves a plethora of features, such as a 117 ROOST Apartment Hotel, 52,000 square feet of retail space, offices, and three distinctive dining areas, in addition to co-working facilities, meeting rooms, and event spaces. The project's architecture and interior renovation were handled by the New York-based company ODA, in collaboration with Detroit-based designers.
