Henry Ford Health System is facing a shortage of nurses at all of its facilities in Michigan. To solve the problem, they are hiring 600 registered nurses from the Philippines, with the first nurse already arrived. This move has been made to meet patient demands and assist in filling the huge need for nurses in hospitals across the country.
