Former Michigan House speaker Rick Johnson is set to plead guilty to accepting bribes as he led a state board in charge of deciding which businesses would enter the marijuana market first. He will be the second person to admit wrongdoing in an ongoing investigation into how money and lobbyists influenced marijuana policy decisions in Lansing.
