Teen missing since 2021 found hiding in Port Huron, authorities say

A 14-year-old Michigan girl who went missing from a foster home in September 2021 has been found and reunited with her relatives. Federal authorities found her hiding in a Port Huron home after a complaint was filed with the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office. The U.S. Marshals Service Eastern District of Michigan received the case on Tuesday and quickly started working on it. Within hours, they developed leads about the girl's whereabouts and found her with the help of Michigan State Police and state Department of Corrections investigators.
