The Cure’s Robert Smith convinces Ticketmaster to refund fees after fan anger

As a response to the criticism by The Cure's frontman, Robert Smith, on Ticketmaster's excessively high fees, the company has decided to refund a portion of their fees to fans purchasing tickets for the band's US tour. Some of these fees exceeded the actual ticket price itself.
